By using GetAgent, homeowners get more for their home and sell quicker.
In 2018 we grew by 5x and we’re expecting the same again in 2019. Our current focus is scaling up efficiently whilst offering a better service to homeowners and estate agents.
As a core member of GetAgent’s tech team, you’d take ownership of existing parts of our platform - this could be as diverse as the homeseller’s dashboard to the data pipeline processing property data. Our platform is not (yet!) perfect, so there is lots for you to sink your teeth into!
However the bulk of your day would be spent developing entirely new parts of the platform. You would lead the process from idea generation and goal setting all the way to measuring the impact of your work. As a result this role would suit someone entrepreneurial who enjoys taking ownership of a project (rather than just does as they're told).
In addition to this, you're comfortable making architectural decisions and communicating the rationale to other members of the tech team and the CTO. Ultimately your career within GetAgent will progress in the direction you choose - either focusing on managing more junior developers or adopting a technical leadership role.
