Westcoast were great selling my house in Little Stoke. I had previously tried another agent and selling method. They had failed over three months to get any interest at a lower marketed amount. Westcoast got what I thought my house was worth looking at prices and condition over the prior 18mts.
The sales team worked hard, got several showings and a few offers in the first week of putting on the market with them. There were a couple of normal niggling issues from post sails process that take my review down from 5 stars but this wouldn’t put me off using them in the future. The team were better than agents I have used in bigger agencies when buying.
For the Stoke and patchway areas, I would recommend using them.

Thanks to Rachel and her team. It wasn't the easiest time to sell a house, but they got people round and secured the best result. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the market

This is a late review but I bought a house from West Coast on Alexandra parade in December 2017. They were brilliant from showing me properties right up to exchange. They even stayed a bit later on my exchange day with the manage wearing his fab Christmas jumpe ensuring I got my key after a long day of issues. Thank you west coast and I hope you enjoyed your team Christmas meal that day. Sorry for the late review but thank you for your help.

I mostly dealt with Linda Shipway who was super helpful throughout the entire process. I had a nightmare with my Solicitors and Linda went above and beyond to help me which I really appreciate - thank you so much Linda! When I collected the keys I was also given a "welcome to your new home" pack which was a nice surprise.
