prior to finding our perfect home, we viewed quite a few properties with blackshaw. they always got back to arrange a viewing and were more than happy to help work around our chaotic lives. other estate agents aren't as prompt which led to us finding the perfect home with blackshaw and i couldn't be happier with the experience!
we encountered issues (no one's fault) which delayed the purchase, but blackshaw helped push things forward and get the result we all wanted! big shout out to allison for reassuring and keeping everyone in the loop while we had difficulties. james at sales progression also helped push solicitors to speed things up.
really couldn't be happier with the service provided from viewing properties to collecting the keys! thank you

The bungalow, was very homely and I enjoyed my stay there for two weeks. The area was quiet. It had all the amenities i.e. washing machine, dishwasher etc. I

Blackshaws have been professional and personable all the way through my sale. Took a few weeks for some viewings but some adjustments to my listing and the advice they gave me was on point.

We were first in contact with Blackshaw Homes during Covid Lockdown and despite the restrictions, Blackshaws established a way of us viewing the property in person while keeping everyone safe.
Big thanks to Linda who was always quick to reply to all communications and provided clarity and support when needed.
