Fantastic service from the Hern and Crabtree Heath team. The most stress free house move due to great online pictures and a very quick sale (they secured an offer over asking price) and updates throughout the whole process from offer to completion. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve never had a worse experience in all my years of renting. Consistently disruptive, planning in inspections that they never carry out (after you change your plans to accommodate). You’ll speak to multiple people who don’t communicate and aren’t interested in resolving, so you end up just doing things yourself…that’ll be after a standard 3 week wait for a response.
They made sure it never felt like a home.

Great service from start to finish. Through no fault of theirs or ours we had to sell our house on two occasions. Both times the house was sold on opening weekend and achieved above the asking price. We received regular updates throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Previously put my home on the market with a different Estate Agent before removing it for sale and then thoroughly researching the local Estate Agents , Hearn & Crabtree visited my home and from the moment we spoke and I was shown how my property would be advertised I had no concerns whatsoever that I had found the right Estate Agents to sell my property .
My local branch have been amazing ,
everything such as their costs were clearly explained and transparent , communication between myself and the office was exceptional and at all times friendly , viewings of my property went like clockwork and within 3 weeks I had an exceptable offer on my property and my property is now sold .
I can highly recommend Hearn & Crabtree Estate Agents whom have been absolutely professional throughout the whole process , it's actually been a pleasure working with them .
