A relative of ours recently passed away while renting one Cowell Norfords propertys and the help an other relative tried to receive from the company was none,he was even told if he didn't remove the clients furniture it would be put in storage and charged for it. disgusting!.

I have amended this as following this original 4* review I was contacted by the agents and asked to upgrade to 5*. I refused.
A few weeks back I contacted them via Rightmove with an enquiry about a property they had listed. I have received no contact whatsoever. If they were selling my property I wouldn't be impressed with inflated reviews and/or ignoring portal leads.
My advice? Use another agent.
