We selected Charles Harding having read the GetAgent suggestions, and mainly due to the reports of quick sales.
We made the right decision with an offer on the property received within three weeks of the ad going live at the start of the year. The offer was accepted and so far the sale is proceeding without a hitch.

I requested a valuation and it was arranged very promptly.Leigh explained the market and local listings and suggested a selling price which was the same as I was expecting. The images were taken and my house was on the market the next day and was sold within two weeks.All the staff were brilliant.Thanks to everyone involved.
