Back in 2023, I appointed two agents to sell my home in Great Dunmow, Beresfords were head and shoulders above the other agent, more viewings, better communications etc. it wasn’t an easy sale falling through twice, Ben was excellent throughout, always responsive to calls, full of good ideas and saw the sale through in a professional manner from start to finish. Overall a very good service.

Paul and his team in Ingatestone have been very professional and helpful. At a time when the housing market was not moving the team continued to make all efforts to sell our house. Had property on for 18 weeks never once contacted us to offer any opinions or suggestions or let us know how it was doing ie viewing figures online etc I went in after a few weeks and suggested that maybe they had overpriced it and suggested that we dropped it by £40k not one single viewing in all that time not necessarily their fault but lack of communication dismal
