My two flat mates and I have paid the holding deposit for one of the properties under Aspire Fulham properties, they are using the system Goodlord which is highly problematic and stoped to work for me and and one other flatmate, after asking the agency to help us reset it we were left with no message back for 2 days. Additionally the contract had my name spelled wrongly as well as the phone numbers of the other flatmates, which also took the agency 3 days to change.
After 10 days of waiting to hear back from them we just got the response that we were let go.
If you want to pay the holding deposit just to wait to hear back from them for 2 days and then for the agreement not to work out this agency is perfect for that.... Read more
