rubbish no comunication ,you phone them they say they will phone you back they dont you put in a offer on a property they dont tell you if it is accepted or not and so on you have been warned.

The first thing is dawn that works there is so lovely and calming..she had a heart of gold but also very very good at her job ..I would tell any one to use Brockenhurst estate agents

We all know the reputation that estate agents have, but I'm pleased to say that Brockenhurst continue to buck this trend! I have much appreciated their continued care, attention to detail and customer service since their first approach when in Spring 2023 they facilitated the sale of my house on Sherfield Park. My previous estate agent had been fine until the house was under offer, but then I needed to do all the chasing, whereas Brockenhurst called me each week to update on progress and were proactive in ensuring that the buyers and their solicitor was doing what they needed to.
More recently, and on account of their previous excellent customer service, a fellow Executor of a late friend's estate and I commissioned Brockenhurst to market her apartment. The property market has not been great and so it has taken much longer than was ideal to sell the flat and so we are both grateful to Dawn and Matt for their persistence and care to enable us to have - at last - now completed on the sale.
I remain very grateful to Brockenhurst for their excellent service and am pleased to be able to continue to endorse them as a business seeking to establish themselves better in Basingstoke.

Our experience with Brockenhurst Estate Agents while purchasing our new home was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we met with the Manager Andy, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. They guided us through every step of the purchasing process with ease and were always available to answer any questions and provide invaluable advice. Special shout out to Michele Owen, Move Manager who was an absolute super star and made it an exceptional buying experience! Highly recommend 5*

Throughout the process the team at Brockenhurst were professional, experienced and at all times catered to our needs. For various reasons our experience was not always easy but the staff remained unflappable and focused. Our thanks go to all the staff and in particular David, Andy, James and Michelle. One of the worst experiences I have had. Incompetence doesn’t cover it. As someone who demands reliability and integrity I would not use this company. They are poor at communicating and when direct emails are sent they are ignored. If you are a seller I would choose another company as they will more than likely lose you clients. As a buyer I would go direct to the owner of the property and make an off the cards offer and cut them out.

Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Thank you so much Brockenhurst!
