I had such a good experience with Lee at Beresford Residential, from beginning to end. When searching for my first property, he listened and understood what I was looking for. He helped me communicate with the sellers at times when the solicitors were being unresponsive. I would have no hesitations in recommending this team for any future sales or purchases.

I have let several properties through the Norwood office.I've dealt mostly with Dannielle and Lee. Both are responsive, proactive and helpful. They almost always find me great tenants. during the lockdown -restrictions to accessing the properties was a real challenge -but they managed to get round this with professional photos and videos. I have been impressed and happy with them and generally with all the Beresford team.
