I chose Morris and Mennie as they were top of GetAgents list, and their commission was competitive.
Two neighbours had said this agent had a reputation for selling cheap and fast. This was a huge positive and was exactly what we required.
The agent did all the usual things you'd expect an agent to do to market the property. Nothing outstanding and nothing bad.
I must commend the agent for there not being any no shows. Every single one of the 26 viewers turned up.
I would recommend Morris and Mennie. They were professional and efficient.

Not impressed. Staff very young and thus not experienced, came across as more focused on their appearance than getting a buyer for our property.
The valuation wasn't accurate which resulted in a longer period on the market which is not something we wanted.
