We bought our house from Edmund seventeen years ago, and were very impressed with Ivan’s professionalism, dynamism and tenacity in getting the deal done - despite some significant obstacles. Ivan is still there and his experience of, and expertise in, the Orpington housing market is terrific. We tapped into this only last week!

Ivan Epps has been a reliable constant in our lives since 1987. That year he not only sold us the house we still live in but helped us sell our previous property. Since then Edmund have sold my daughter a house, sold a house for my daughter, sold my house, within days of it going on the market, (the sale was later aborted by us). Ivan has always been helpful and friendly and has gone out of his way to assist, whenever it has been required.
