I completed my house sale yesterday - my estate agent Jeff 0Sullivan was amazing. I have lived in the same house for over 30 years and he walked me through every step of the process - helped me understand what needed to happen and when, helped me with the paperwork - recommend people to me when I needed them - such as skip hire - scrap metal removal etc and responded with patience and kindness throughout the sale.
He had to deal with my anxiety, concerns and tears along the way and even my family joke what will I do without Jeff in my life now that the sale is completed. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

There is no option to give rating in minus otherwise I would definitively go for it. No answers to the inquiries sent to them for 3 days. When called, very rude answers. Also they can’t check who has inquired in their system. Most of the properties on their website with a tag of “AVAILABLE TO LET” are already gone since long. Fooling people. Better they shut their shops. ????

Disappointing service from Brian Cox. This applies to all their branches in Harrow, Greenford etc. as it’s all under one management team.
Given them a lot of business so the lack of responsiveness has been surprising and notable. There doesn’t seem to be any focus on customer service, just on making a commission.

We found Brian Cox very professional from our initial contact with the area manager Daniel Jed to our sales negotiator Emma Gerald who was polite and very efficient making sure any queries were answered very quickly and all phone calls returned

I was originally on the market with another estate agent for 4 or 5 months with no very few viewings and no offers. Bradley had been knocking on my door for the past 2 months so his persistence paid off and I gave him a chance to sell my home and he didn't disappoint. He found a buyer after less than 2 weeks! Bradley I wish I went with you from the start but we got there in the end. Thank you for all your hard work!

We recently rented a house through Brian Cox Estate Agents. Sam was our primary point of contact along with Anil to manage our processes. We were looking at houses for almost a month and were being ghosted by many agencies after making offers. But the response time and transperency that we received from Brian Cox was unmatched. They also accomodated many of our requests like revisiting the house for measurements, changes to the contract, coordinating with the house owners and answering all of our questions. Since it was our first time searching a house by ourselves, I would 100% recommend contacting Sam and Anil purely because of the ease of getting things done.
P.s thank you for the wonderful welcome gift with a very thoughful collection of items. This gesture means a lot
