We all know that Estate Agents are primarily looking after the sellers interests and rightly so. But did you know that in this instance Clarke Munro also support the buyer under the stress of moving home. Stacy in the Billingham office gave us advice and back up support in the contract and completion of buying our property. A first class service with caring and professional people.

We have just recently sold our home with Clark Munro, and Stacey has been amazing. Nothing was ever too much for her and she handled everything efficiently which lead to a really quick process. I cannot recommend her enough.

Such a shame Harvey Hope wasn't forthcoming about
5 Meadowdale Close Port Clarence TS2 1TJ being on a flood plan, I thought providing accurate information was a requirement by law?! I could be wrong. However the area last badly flooded Sept 2023. A quick Google search shows this information. Yet Harvey was still in denial. The business owner is yet to reply. Also the company is not registered on Companies house ????

Where would we be without Stacy Hill. I dread to think. Thanks to her diligence, tenaciousness and her very strong communication skills combined with an extremely determined work ethic we got there in the end after 11 months of an arduous and stressful journey.
When our conveyancers were telling us absolutely nothing Stacy dug deep and went the extra mile to find out something. Highly recommended and a credit to Clarke Munro. In my opinion there is no better estate agent in Billingham. Well done Stacy, we can’t thank you enough.
