Well I don’t really know what to say other than fantastic!! Sam and his team went above and beyond for my family, selling a home is meant to be one of the most stressful things you can do (or so they say) but Sam and Mandy who were dealing with the sale of my house were top class no complaints at all just a big thankyou! Can’t recommend Robinsons Spennymoor any more - from the valuation process with Sam and the taking of photos he was professional but down to earth and made me feel in safe hands every step of the way. Mandy updated me sometimes daily with progress and if I had any queries big or small she was just a phone call away they really did go above and beyond. Thankyou from me and my family we can’t thank you all enough ????

If you are renting in Bishop Auckland, go elsewhere. Rude, unprofessional and not interested at all. They allowed a vulnerable tenant to live in a complete and utter pigsty with no roof, wall to wall mould, with bags of human waste and needles filling the yard and have consistently negated their legal obligations. Thankfully, the tenant has since moved out, these clowns won't be laughing when this gets to court. I cannot recommend this shambles of a company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Michael Hughes and his team at Chester-Le-Street are genuinely the very very best. We use them for letting our properties and we have used them for years now. Incredibly diligent, caring, friendly and very professional. One of the key partners a landlord needs to work with is a 1st class Managing Agent and boy are we chuffed to bits that we found Michael and his team at Robinsons at Chester-Le-Street.
