For the amount of the fee they charge I think it’s a bit expensive. I did all the viewings, once I asked if they could do one as we would be away, but it was a no as they were short staffed. Photographer was great. Communication was very good.

The communication was poor ..the property was over valued and I was asked to reduce after a week .

Mike and Charley were excellent throughout the whole process. Despite there being difficulties with the chain collapsing at one point, they constantly kept us updated and chase the others in the chain to get things moving again. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone
