Nick & Jo really know their market well. When the first buyer frustratingly dropped out just prior to completion, they were able to identify a second buyer in less than 72 hours. Great service from great people.

The entire team were great to work with, even with me being quite nervous throughout the sale of my property.
I have worked with many estate agents and have to say this has been the easiest, smoothest transaction I have done to date. I just wish Nick and Jo also covered the entire east midlands

We recently purchased a house through the Ravenshead branch of Gascoines. The purchase went through very quickly and we were kept updated on a regular basis throughout the whole process. The branch team were extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, especially Emma and Haley who we mainly dealt with. We could not fault the service we received and would highly recommend.
