My husband and I recently worked with Matt Chandler and Mansell McTaggart Estate Agents East Grinstead, for a property purchase. From the outset Matt was amazing to work with, always punctual for appointments, getting back to us on numerous emails literally within minutes, helping us to complete negotiations with the seller and never (and this is important) placing his own opinion of our bids in the way, or blocking it from reaching the seller. Matt was the bridge that helped bring the deal together. I also worked with some of his coworkers and you could feel a great team atmosphere in the office. We would definitely recommend this company for anyone looking to get a house purchased in this incredibly competitive market. We have worked on this for 4 years and Matt and Mansell McTaggart got it done. Can’t thank them enough.

We completed a home purchase last week that was being sold through Mansell McTaggart. Michael helped us immensely through the whole process. He kept us up to date with communications with the seller of the property very expediently - something I'm very keen on myself, so it was a joy to have this kind of communication in what is usually a very fraught process.

Thank you SO much to Matthew and all the team (Layla & Oliver) for all your help and support with our property purchase. Matthew was so helpful throughout the whole process and smooth lined the whole thing including chasing up our solicitors to help keep things moving along. Having dealt with many estate agents over the home buying process I can honestly say the team at Mansel McTaggart Billingshurst stand towers above the rest, including our own estate agent for our associated sale. I had 3 valuations done and chose Mansell McTaggart because I thought that they had the best strategy for marketing the property. The property went on the market on bank holiday Monday 2 May and was sold by the 5th May for over the asking price. In the few days before it was sold they were able to show 16 or 18 people round.
