After a crazy week of moving into our first home we just wanted to take the time to thank Sophie and the team at Locksbottom for getting us here. Our own sale was extremely problematic to say the least, but you were always on top of everything relating to our sale and purchase and there is just no comparison in the wonderful service we received from you both and that of the agent we used to sell our home.

I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by the estate agent during my property transaction. Despite my offer being accepted, critical issues arose, including the discovery of an illegal extension with an asbestos roof, which made the property ineligible for a mortgage. This led to financial losses exceeding £1100 for various non-refundable expenses such as ID verification arranged by the estate agent, solicitor fees, and surveyor costs. Additionally, the unprofessional conduct of the director, Jake, who abruptly ended communication during important discussions, added to my frustration. I'm actively seeking ways to address these issues and recover my losses.
