I have purchased my first home through Dawsons and I can not recommend them enough! A massive thank you to the whole team but giving the biggest thank you to David Wachowski what a guy! So helpful nothing is too much for him very professional and always reassuring. 10/10 for everything from the first call to enquire right till I had the keys.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dawson Estate agent marina branch Swansea viewing properties for my clients I must say Aysha one of the sales agents was extremely helpful knowledgeable professional and down to earth she took her time to explain everything in great details, I went to the office and they were closed but she was still willing to help me it’s one of the best estate agents I’ve ever worked with, Aysha introduced me to her manager Kelly who was very knowledgeable and pleasant I’m hoping we can close a deal soon I will highly recommend Dawson estate agent marina branch Swansea I would have given more than 5* if it was possible

I recently sold a property with Dawsons, Gorseinon Branch. Sarah came to value my house, a lovely lady, very professional and a Welsh speaker. Sarah worked with me, and is very knowledgeable and friendly. There is normally someone at the end of the phone if you have any doubts or concerns, they do call back if you leave a message. I have also dealt with Owen who is very kind and helpful and all the staff give you time and that personal touch.
The For Sale board was up within a week, Dawsons widely advertised the property, they advised me of every viewing before they took place and an offer was received within 10 days of the property being launched on their website. This has been a very smooth sale and I can’t thank them enough.
I used Dawsons recommended solicitors and I have never known solicitors move at such a fast pace.
So, if you are you serious about selling your property, I can and do recommend

My husband and I attended a what can best be described as an ‘interesting’ viewing with Megan recently.

Excellent service from Dawson's during a recent house sale.
Had Alison as our valuer- really pleased with the service I had. Leanne and Glynis also very proactive in showing the property to prospective buyers. Dawson's took calls, emails and paperwork processed promptly and always kept me in the loop.
