I recently purchased my first flat in Hackney through Blake Stanley. Charlotte at Blake Stanley was great and remained on top of the entire process, smoothing out any hiccups between then seller and myself the buyer. I found them great to deal with and would definitely recommend them.

Been freezing in our apartment for days because Blakestanley's "emergency" contact for boiler issues claims he is not responsible for out of hours concerns. Blakestanley employees won't respond to email, text or whatsapp. Have spent an entire weekend trying to resolve this. Unacceptable.
Initial Review:
Our experience with George T Ioannou and Nathan Arnold at Blakestanley was great. George was very helpful at the property inspection, providing insight and advice about the area, the property itself and the specific tenants that the landlord was hoping to secure. We completed our application process with Nathan, who was very professional and guided us through each stage. As we are newly moved to the UK, we had a lot of questions about the rental market and associated processes here and Nathan was more than happy to assist. Further, he was very prompt in communications, something we appreciated.
As long-term renters, it is always a pleasure to deal with property managers and lettings teams that are prompt, professional and respectful.

Have always had a great service from Blank Stanley. Nathan and Geniene provided a seamless service this year. I use the management service for my letting in Hackney, as I live in Melbourne, and I find dealing with Blake Stanley always pleasant and professional. I've used other larger estate agents in the past and had terrible experiences in comparison. Used Blake Stanley consistently for several years now without a hitch.

We love the Blakestanley team and highly recommend them for both property management services and house sales. When we moved overseas from Hackney London, Blakestanley advised us on the options of house selling and renting it out. They marketed and filled the property with tenants and managed it for 2years while we were remote, and then put in on the market and sold it at a time we decided to let it go. The staff are brilliant, personable and diligent. We formed a close relationship with the staff in both departments as well as with our tenants as we visited the house when in the country. We felt like the Blakestanley team cared to ensure all parties needs were met - ours as house owners, the tenants and the new buyers were all well represented in all communication which meant everything flowed. Genuine people ensuring the best outcomes with authenticity. Wonderful experience and most definitely recommended.
