Been freezing in our apartment for days because Blakestanley's "emergency" contact for boiler issues claims he is not responsible for out of hours concerns. Blakestanley employees won't respond to email, text or whatsapp. Have spent an entire weekend trying to resolve this. Unacceptable.
Initial Review:
Our experience with George T Ioannou and Nathan Arnold at Blakestanley was great. George was very helpful at the property inspection, providing insight and advice about the area, the property itself and the specific tenants that the landlord was hoping to secure. We completed our application process with Nathan, who was very professional and guided us through each stage. As we are newly moved to the UK, we had a lot of questions about the rental market and associated processes here and Nathan was more than happy to assist. Further, he was very prompt in communications, something we appreciated.
