Excellent service provided over a 10 year period as a landlord. Always quick to manage and deal with issues effectively, and always willing to help out when asked. Particularly happy with the service provided by the staff when support / info was required when serving an accelerated eviction notice. The subsequent house sale was also managed very efficiently. Professional, knowledgable, friendly and reliable. Would recommend their services to any landlord, house seller or buyer.

Everyone here were very helpful and made the process of finding a place very smooth, and not confusing. any questions and concerns were quickly addressed, and the continued updates on the process were greatly appreciated. Would recommend if looking for a place to buy or rent.

We would fully recommend Chilterns and I n particular Andrew Jameson. Andrew dealt with us over the purchase of a property and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Generally you feel you are the only person who drives a purchase/sale and everyone else is just doing their jobs. I’m not sure if our purchase was particularly complicated but for us it seemed a bit of a minefield and Andrew really went the extra mile mile to support, sort things out, chase people for answers etc and all undertaken in a highly professional and personable manner. If you’re buying or selling, we’d recommend getting Andrew on your side, you won’t be disappointed.

First time buyers and the Chilterns were amazing. After showing us a few properties, they quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and they recommended viewing the house we ultimately fell in love with. Very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend.
