All the staff at Arden were extremely professional and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They got us loads of viewings and then a sale within a month.

Arden Estate Agents are the best estate agents I’ve come across. They are friendly bunch of people, staff is efficient, prompt in replies and they look after their clients very well. Highly recommend Arden Estate Barnt Green. I bought my dream home through them and Areden Estate Redditch branch helped me sell my old house. Communications was excellent through out. My favourite people were Lesley, Stephanie and their previous manager!

Very happy I chose Arden's to handle the sale of my family home. In an emotional and stressful time, the wonderful team of Lauren, Adam and Jade did all they could to make the process as pain free as possible! I found it very easy to work with Anneke from Arden Estates from the start. Her knowledge of the local market and how best to market the property helped to sell it within 3 weeks of it going on the market. I found her helpful and willing to take my views on board. She was quick to respond to any communication and kept me very well informed about the progress of the marketing and sale. I would recommend her to any other potential seller.

Great team, kept us updated all the way, Romily was the best agent to visit and value our house very respectful of the property and her experience showed, other agents we considered touched door handles etc around our home, which we found off-putting during COVID restrictions, Romily kept her distance, asked me to open all doors as I showed her round and did not even take a seat, we appreciated these precautions during these crazy times. Lara in the office who dealt with us from that point on was extremely helpful all the way pushing for things to move forward and chasing people daily, Oh, and did I mention they sold our house a day after it went on the market!! They’re just what you want from an estate agent.
