0* rude staff simple task unable to do absolutely shocking service I would avoid this joke of an estate agent
plus they don't call back or follow up leads. You will be lucky if they answer the phone in some branches

I'd like to say a HUGE Thank you to Stuart, Greg and all the team at Stratton Creber! My process has taken a while ( due to me waiting out for the right house and being the right time for our circumstances) and the whole team have been GREAT from start to finish. Stuart has all the knowledge and expertise and is very supportive through the whole process and can answer any questions straight away.
Greg has found us a super mortgage and very supportive also and they all have played a part in helping us buy and sell and take our next journey in life! Thank you all, we'll pop by soon!

Very friendly and super helpful in our search for a house. We used Mark as our mortgage advisor who found us a great deal and Angela was so friendly, looking out for us and offering help at every opportunity. Would highly recommend.

Very poor communication. Had to chase through the whole process.
Unable to update re seller, seemed disinterested.
Avoided calls, and mostly unprofessional. To add insult to injury, presented a final bill £1000 too much.
No real apology, treated my brother and myself as annoying.
Seeling my father's house, very stressful, and did not help with the pain of loosing him.
Would not use again.
Roger did step up to the mark at the end.
Did not make up for many months of poor service.
