I have interacted with numerous estate agents over the years, but none have quite matched the exceptional service provided by Green and Company, Great Barr, with a special mention to Nicola Hallibuton Branch Manager and Paul Fleet who showed us around the property. From the moment I contacted them, Nicola's and Paul’s professionalism and politeness stood out.
After viewing a property through Green and Company, I decided to put in an offer. Throughout the process, Nicola was incredibly proactive, regularly keeping me informed and providing unwavering support for my interest in the property. Despite the offer not being accepted by the property owner, Nicola continued to go above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated every step of the way. Her genuine concern and apologies for the outcome demonstrated a level of customer care rarely seen in the industry.
It's important to note that the outcome was not due to any fault on my part or the estate agency's. I commend Green and Company for their professionalism and dedication to their clients, particularly Nicola, who truly went the extra mile. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in search of an estate agent who prioritises customer satisfaction above all else.

What a great team at Green & Company Estate Agents. Anytime I needed an update, there was a person to assist and chase up if required. It did take a considerable time for the lease extension to come through, but all was good in the end. The property sold at the price of the valuation.
A special shout out to Dee and Nicola, for their continued support, even at the stressful times.
Would be very pleased to recommend them.

Had offer accepted then 2 months later into sale the buyer could not afford it after supposedly being checked for finances said I had 6 viewings only had 1 feel all thes companies just try to keep up the figures to make it look like they are performing

Fantastic service throughout from Shakila and all the team. Kept us updated and chased all queries throughout the process of us purchasing a flat. If anyone asks me for an estate agent recommendation, I'll be sending them to Green & Co.
