As the purchaser of a property in Broadstairs that was listed with Cooke and Co, I can only say what a truly professional estate agents they are. The staff who showed us around several properties were extremely knowledgeable about each one. They were also polite, punctual and very helpful.
Once we had an offer accepted on a property, Victoria Field, the Sales Progression & Compliance Manager, has been wonderful. She regularly kept us updated as to how the sale was going and any request/query we had were answered promptly, in a very professional and friendly manner. We cannot praise Victoria enough for the help and support we have received.
We would highly recommend Cooke and Co. to anyone buying or selling a property in the Broadstairs area. Thank you to each and every member of staff we had dealings with.
