Felix and the team helped me sell my flat earlier this year. The service we received was excellent throughout. Felix is a straight talking down to earth guy who is excellent at calming tense situations, reassuring the various parties and generally presenting a very human and caring face through what can be a pretty stressful situation. The rest of the team are also great and people I would use again. Recommended.
