They ignored my email regarding a property called Salty Dog Lodge near Tintagel and then it was under offer. I rang up and asked if it was a firm offer or potential to fall through. The person was patronising and haughty in her answer, virtually sarcastic and contemptuous, making me feel like an idiot for asking. I suppose they get cash buyers prepared to offer over the asking price all the time in Cornwall. I guess all agents cannot be charming. Disappointingly charmless nonetheless. Shame as it was a lovely property. Shame I cannot say the same about the woman who answered the phone.
