We rented a proeprty through Acorn for 3 years. They were slow to respond to maintenance issues and it took them over 6 months to fix a large hole in the lounge ceiling, which was caused by a leak that we reported, but they ignored. Very unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

Very Very Poor .... I called them ask for viewing a aptment They Arange It we really like specially my wife who's pregnent she really love that apartment they took deposit they said its done its our now ... next day we been to office they ask for pasport that we don't have for valid reason and we explain the situation and she oh everthing fine everything fine ... but the manger i thnk she was recist dont even bother call them ... worst department ever i seen very bad .... i was really helpless when they said... they will not give me that appartment ...
