I would recommend Hayley and her team at Langford Russell. Very professional, genuinely knew the area and market, spoke honestly and plainly (not "salesy") and were competitive in price. I could not say the same for other estate agents I considered. Good at keeping in touch throughout the process and were persistent where needed to get the sale over the line.

I'm deeply disappointed with the service provided by the estate agent during my property transaction. Despite my offer being accepted, critical issues arose, including the discovery of an illegal extension with an asbestos roof, which made the property ineligible for a mortgage. This led to financial losses exceeding £1100 for various non-refundable expenses such as ID verification arranged by the estate agent, solicitor fees, and surveyor costs. Additionally, the unprofessional conduct of the director, Jake, who abruptly ended communication during important discussions, added to my frustration. I'm actively seeking ways to address these issues and recover my losses.

Hatice from the Camberwell branch has been extremely kind, attentive and helpful the whole way through finalising our rental agreement, even though she was only covering for someone else! Could not recommend her enough for all the help she has provided and her responsiveness has been amazing.
