We were delighted to work with McDougall McQueen on the purchase of our new property, having had a great experience on a previous purchase.
Most recently, our solicitor Susan Oates managed our sale and purchase transactions with great professionalism, managing to negotiate a rather complex missives agreement ahead of our planned completion date, while keeping us informed and updated at all times. The excellent service has continued after the sale was completed while we closed out a number of material issues with our property.

Having previously used this firm to buy and sell a property, I had no hesitation in returning again this year for our latest house purchase.

We have used McDougall McQueen for all our property purchases and every time their service was excellent. Our latest flat purchase was more complicated than anticipated but solicitor Susan Oates guided us through the process, made sure we were kept informed at all times, and looked after our interests. Deserves five-star rating!

My experience of using McDougal McQueen to market our flat, deal with the sale negotiations and complete the legal process has, I can honestly say, been stress free and from start to finish. From our first interaction with Angela, we felt confident with the firm.
When things moved on to Caroline to deal with viewings, offers and ultimate sale we were very grateful for her detailed knowledge of the market and her sound advice. Importantly she always stayed in touch throughout the process.
We also selected the firm to act as our solicitors and Bobby made the process the very straightforward and stress free and wrapped things up in a very timely manner!
All-in-all the firm are a class act who, like so many other reviewers have said, offer a friendly and professional service.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using again myself.
