As a first time buyer I was nervous and apprehensive about the entire process of purchasing my first home. However, Andrea Basham my sales agent and Andrew Craig were fantastic in guiding me through the entire process. They were patient, forgiving and consistent in their support and never complained despite the plethora of queries and concerns that were sometimes of daily occurrence during the process of purchase. What I liked most about Andrea and the company was that although they were working on behalf of the seller, they were also working on behalf of myself as the buyer with just as much care and consideration.
As a result, looking back on the whole process there was nothing really for me to worry about; I was always in good hands and they were always going to get the best result for myself and the vendor. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future on other purchases and will more than likely allow them to take on the responsibility for letting my home, as I know the high standards they adhere too. Thank you for everything!
And if you do get Andrea, trust her completely, she knows what she is doing and has years of experience working with various conveyancers in and around the North East; you have to let her advocate and deal with any concerns in her own way in her time, she will get the job done the right way! When I decided to rent my property and asked Andrew Craig Estate Agent to manage this for me I found the perfect solution. Gill Ellis was my initial contact and although it was a lengthy process getting the house ready for an unfurnished rental, Gill was patient and supportive throughout. When the house was advertised the information was relaid to me quickly and suitable tenants found in a reasonable time. Since the tenants moved in I have had dealings with Sholynne and Danielle, who have both been courteous and professional. My calls have been answered quickly and courteously by staff and queries dealt with efficiently. I am delighted with the service.
