What can I say? House went on the market on a Tuesday, first offer on Thursday,second viewing on Friday, sold on Monday.Couldn't ask for more.

They are good people and respectful. Their terms & conditions are good . You can cancel your contract with them giving them two weeks notice which gives you a lot of freedom as you aren’t tied to many weeks of contract if thing don’t work out. However, they operate in a old fashion way. Not much use of technology. No active & dynamic sales strategies. You just hv to sit & wait until a buyer finds your property after searching through many pages of Zoopla etc.

I viewed a couple houses with this agency. From the start it was very odd. They firstly showed me a house which looked very nice. Then when we were viewing the house it had a basement with a lock on the OUTSIDE and painted shut. Also there was a part of the first floor (right in the middle and completely odd) which again had padlocks on which you couldn’t get into). When asking why this was like this? And would it be open so you could see what was in the home you were renting? And the agent had no answer and it was not on the floor plan or brochure at all!
They showed me another house which I made an offer on near to ask up front and they gave me really odd feedback and then never got back to me!
I’ve never had an interaction with any other agent.
And never have I seen a property with parts of the house locked off that would continue to be locked off if you rented it!

I have a great experience renting from them, David Reed was very professional, responsive and polite. I am still due to move by end of May, and expecting from their property manager to be the same level of service. They are highly recommended.

we chose Antony Roberts after some good reviews on GetAgent, and after chatting through their approach with Catherine Merrett. I really liked her approach to the sale and we finally completed in March 2020. Catherine and Phillip's calm demeanour and positive approach really helped in what is always a stressful situation. Highly recommend.
