Alice was always so helpful during the sale and purchase of my new home . She was always accessible by phone and very willing to help with any questions I had.
All the staff at the Patcham office were helpful, friendly and easy to talk to.
I would highly recommend this estate agent.

Really lovely buying experience from this estate agent. Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

We've just come through the most protracted and stressful conveyancing process we've ever had to endure, where everything seemed to work against us. But, in terms of estate agent support it was the best we've ever had from the team, including Demi and Richard. Chris's communication style was second to none, with quick responses to emails and plenty of phone calls to keep the process moving - he was absolutely 'on it' with every twist and turn that we encountered. I honestly don't think it was would have got over the line without him holding all of the parties together!
