Unbelievable service from Scott and the team in Banstead, they where incredibly efficient and kept us informed the whole way through, we also used their recommend Lawyers and we found the whole experience faultless, form putting our property on the market to sale was so quick one of their quickest I believe!!

My husband and I are first time buyers and visited the Rustington branch several weeks ago to introduce ourselves and get added to the system. We were welcomed by Ellie who was absolutely lovely. She sat us down and made time to talk through with us exactly what we were looking for. Once she had taken note of our details, she put us in touch with a brilliant mortgage advisor (very experienced in first time buyers), and finally booked us in for a couple of viewings. This was just the start of an incredible service! Within days, Ellie began proactively updating us on properties that she felt would suit our needs - these were personable emails based on specific preferences discussed initially and real thought had been put into the selection provided to us. I want to state here that no other estate agent we have signed up to across Sussex (and there has been many!) has offered this level of service or commitment. Always speedy with her responses, Ellie has been such a delight to communicate with. Whilst we have fallen in love with a house marketed by a different estate agent, we just had to leave a review about the Cubitt and West branch because our expectations were far exceeded which has added so much excitement to our first time buying journey. Ellie, you are an absolute asset to Cubitt and West, and in the future we know where we will be going for property sale and purchase. Thank you again so much - Martine and Ryan

A big thank you to Chris & the team at Cubitt & West Lewes who helped navigate our house sale through difficult market conditions. We were very pleased with the frequent updates and the excellent level of communication. And also, the fast action and reassurance when one chain collapsed and new buyers were swiftly brought into the fold further down the chain on a property also being handled by Cubitt & West.

Where to start. We were shown around the property by Josh, who was really friendly and new a great deal about the history of the property. We offered full price as we felt it was the right property for us. We were then dealt with by Samara who is fantastic. Even though technically she is working for the seller she went out of her way to ensure the transaction was smooth, even though she was dealing with the seller from hell and a hyper organised me! Not a combination for the faint hearted. She really did a fantastic job and her customer services skills are second to none. Def recommend as a potential seller . Well done and thank you

Was advised to sell by modern auction which proved successful. Estate agent came to my house to help fill in forms re auction which was very helpful as I was selling house for relative in care home.
