What an excellent team at Bairstowe Eves Radford. They were all amazing & so knowledgeable & helpful with the sale of my property, nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

Sukie done my mortgage at Countrywide and he was a huge help in obtaining me a great mortgage deal, helping me with my protection needs and helping me complete my solicitors documents. i would recommend him 100% and will see him soon when my remortgage is due.

My worst estate agent experience EVER.
Signed them to sell house and owing to a
mysterious disappearance of the sales rep who came out we were forgotten.
Emails and phone messages not responded to in a timely manner and in some cases not responded to at all. Do not use. I am a reputable author and also property developer and I know all about the property business. Suggest read other poor reviews as concur.

Booked in to view a property with Steve and his team at the Chigwell branch. The appointment was booked swiftly with the time i requested. Steve arrived on time and showed me around the property while explaining everything as we walked around the house including the local area. This lead us to making an offer and getting accepted within a day. Very professional and helpful. Amazing service from Steve and his team. Thank you so much.

I am not sure I could have had a better experience with another estate agent besides Bairstow eves.
They are top in the list of the best local estate agents you can think of, all thanks to their in dept knowledge of the property business and the staff high level of professionalism. I would always recommend Bairstow eves.
