A really good service from the lettings team, particularly the Regional Lettings Manager, Paul Loding. It took 6-7 weeks for an offer on our house, with just 2 viewings for the monthly rental quoted by Balgores. The lettings team are efficient and take on board your requirements. I recommend Michael Charles as he brought 2 families to view and we got an offer. He works incredibly hard for you. Thanks Balgores!

This is the worst agent in Gravesend, avoid Daniella Necchi-Ghiri who is the letting manager as she will promise you the world and will give you very bad tenants.
She took the advantage of my vulnerable elderly father

The good experience started with discussing terms and market value with the letting director Chris Ping who was effective in communication and reasonable on charges. Reece was doing a great job on finding us tenants and make sure all paper work were completed in a timely fashion. The whole process is calm and orderly which is the best that a landlord could have. Therefore, Balgores Hornchurch has my highest recommendation on letting and renting of properties in the area and beyond.
