It was not an easy time to sell my mother's house and it was a bit of a bumpy ride with the first sale collapsing, but throughout the whole process, the team at Scott Maddison were always positive, always helpful, always available to speak to me and kept me updated throughout. Kevin was unflappable and gave me good advice about where to spend money on the house to help get a sale but also where not to. Sue Love the sales progressor would weekly keep me abreast of what was going on down the chain and she did a lot of chasing and 'nudging' where things were seemingly at a standstill. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Scott Maddison and wish them all the best.

They managed to get the most important people across the door in the first week, the people who fell in love with and purchased the house despite the obstacles put in their way by others.
Shout out to Megan and Jonathan, who were always on the end of the phone if we needed help or an ear to listen to us.
Our sales progressor, Sue Love, has the patience of a Saint. Yes, we had our spats during a complex and stressful sale, but she was there for us right to the end. She went above and beyond with two very different legal firms (I'm sure in some instances she did their work for them!). Sue, single handedly, earnt SM every penny of their commission. We cannot thank her enough for getting our sale over the finish line.

My experience so far with Balmforth has been very positive. Communication is excellent, I have been kept informed almost daily and all the staff are extemely helpful and efficient. A special mention for Matt who has made the experience of selling my bungalow so far, stress free and supportive.

Jodie the manager is passionate about her work, very professional and initially buying a property with her, I felt confident in selling with her excellent skill set as well. She has a great team that she works with and all the SOLD signs are with BALMFORTH.
