Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. If only more businesses provided such a wonderful service!

Thank you to Ffion for helping us move into our lovely rental property in North Wales. Ffion was friendly and professional throughout the process and always responded to our queries. Thank you to other staff who we also spoke to on the phone who were also friendly in passing on any queries.

This is the first time I've applied for renting a house, and I genuinely had no idea where to begin. The day Ffion first contacted me to the day she handed us the keys, she was there for us every single step of the way.
There were days where I would ring, text, email per atleast ten times and she always reassured me and helped me out with any of the problems along the way.
If it wasn't for Ffion I don't think we'd be moving into our first real house!

Definitely a 5* plus agent. We bought our previous property back in 2019 through this agent and were very impressed with them back then. So, when we came to sell they were our first choice. They are still a 5* plus agent! They have a great team in the office, we mainly dealt with Stacey who gave us weekly updates on the chain and worked really hard on our behalf from start to completion.

I have had a fantastic service from Bryn, àn outstanding staff of Beresford Adams. He comes across as self driven to achieve, very empathetic to his clients and able to give varying options of the company's product to make the customer make informed decisions. I have learnt a lot about renting with his guidance and I am particular excited with his service. I will always recommend Beresford Adams anyday. The property I am currently living is managed by the company, and they seem to have fantastic landlords too, who form great relationships with their tenants. I am indeed a happy customer.
