Bridges Estate Agents have 7 branches and they mainly list properties in GU11, GU12, GU14, GU9, GU52, GU16 and GU15. Over the last 6 months, they've listed 588 properties, with an average time to sale of 14 weeks.
Not impressed at the moment, I informed Bridges earlier today my bathroom floor is flooding due to a cracked cistern. Now they're
closed for the w/e and the only emergency numbers are not for flooding issues! I rent a first floor maisonette and am very concerned that if the cistern crack gets worse, my neighbours flat downstairs, (privately owned) , will experience a ceiling leak over this weekend.
Excellent service. From viewing to completion the whole experience was great. Used bridges for my sale and purchase and would use again.
Found the whole experience unprofessional, waited 6 months to hear any feedback from them only to be told to drop the price by 20% to try and secure a sale.We had to keep contacting them on any inquiries if any had been made.
Pretty poor experience. I'm a first-time buyer and contacted them about some properties (and listed them twice in different emails), for further information and potential viewings. Nobody has come back to me. Clearly not interested. They had 2 properties I especially wanted to view because my offer was rejected for a similar property nearby. Their loss!
They supplied properties that matched our purchase requirements. They kept us informed at all stages of the purchase and provided an excellent service throughout.
From start to finish has been very disappointing with limited to no help on issues regarding the property (even with black mould) and still charges renewal fees and starting fees even since the legislation change in June 2019. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT USE. Go private or to another letting agent to save yourself the hassle.
Bridges delivered in every aspect of our house sale. Friendly and approachable sales people, James Macphee and James McKay, did a great job of marketing our property and arranging a series of viewings back to back to minimise the disruption on our daily lives (much appreciated with young children). After accepting an offer Kevin Green, our sales progressor, took over. He did a great job of chasing up and down the chain as well as liaising directly with our solicitor to ensure that we always had the latest information on how the sale was progressing.
All in all a fantastic service.
