Butler & Stag represented a shared ownership flat we were purchasing. David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Our flat in Bow recently sold having been tenanted for the last 5 years, with Butler & Stag providing property management services. It has been a good relationship as far as we are concerned and a big thank you is due to all at B&S who have played a part. Without exception, the people we interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very easy to work with. Communication was excellent. In particular, Helga and Brad in Sales have been great to work with and both have helped enormously in getting our sale completed. When things got tortuous, I was glad to have them on our side!
Lauren, Sophie and their Property Management colleagues deserve a big shout out. I have appreciated their unfailing good humour and their proactive approach when dealing with the various issues that have cropped up during the 5 years. They have been a pleasure to work with.

I had an amazing experience selling my property with Butler & Stag. Bradley and Helga were fantastic - communication was exceptional and I really felt like they went above and beyond dealing with queries from the buyers. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again!

I and my business partner engaged Butler and Stag's Roman Road office to sell 6 new flats we had constructed in Roman Road. I can only describe the service we received as outstanding. Rob Burgess and Oliver Regan worked with us throughout more as partners than agents. There were a number of bumps along the way - new leases, some snagging issues and, most difficult of all, the passing of my business partner during the sales process with all the probate issues that followed. Rob and Oliver responded to all of these with sound advice, sensible guidance, all based on expert knowledge of the local market. Service was exceptional, not just in the normal selling process but by going above and beyond the call of duty, for example topping up electricity metres, ensuring snagging issues were resolved etc. All services and solutions provided in such a professional manner that they became trusted partners. Despite the various complications and lengthy delays caused by probate, they never lost patience with the project and maintained a high level of engagement to the very end.
I have no reservations in recommending their services.
