I would like to say a massive thank you to Lacey Eldridge, she has helped and understood the circumstances that I have arisen as I have had no luck with previous staff as jobs in my home haven’t been carried out since last year. I rang the company and Lacey answered with a professional manner Lacey listened and understood my concerns that needed be done. She has made such an effort to sort the situation out in my home I also contacted Lacey today to query something I was unsure off due to no communication from the other staff member but Lacey bless her got back to me and reassured me with the sernario which put me at ease. I can’t thank Lacey enough she is a great asset to the Butters John Bee team as she shows compassion within her role even though I have only spoken to her and not met her in person you can tell she wants to make people’s experience the best way possible. Once again I want to say a massive thank you to you Lacey much appreciated.

The minute we walked into Winsford office we were welcomed by Sara Dickens . Sara is very professional. We new we where in capable hands from meeting her for first time to her coming to our home to value and help get our house on the market . Excellent service throughout and everything fully explained to us so we understand everything selling a house entails.

I recently dealt with Paul Jeffries from BJB Commercial Stoke regarding a commercial property valuation. I received a first class level of service and can highly recommend their services. Sold the house really well but poor follow through to sale. Communication follow up poor and updating on progress of sale poor. Excellent local knowledge if the housing market and excellent sale at an above the market price!

I would not recommend butters to anyone. After giving me a speach that they would sell my house with in 2 weeks for more money than any other estate agent could (they didn't) I didn't hear off them for months. I eventually phoned them to tell them to take it off the market and I was going with someone else, they informed I had 2 weeks left on the contract so I decided to wait. After I reduced my sale price (something else they said I would never have to do), and after they actually did an advertising push on my property they got a sale.
