We have received an outstanding service when renting a property in the Richmond area through Pippa & the team.
The real differentiating factor (compared to other lettings agents) is that from start to finish everything that we have agreed on have been respected throughout the whole renting process (removal of items from the property, cleaning standards, timeline, etc.). They have also been really responsive!
They really do care about all of the tenants' needs which makes the service exceptional as a whole!

We've worked with Patrick and the team at Fidelis for about 6 years now, and would never go anywhere else. From the very first phone call to them all those years ago regarding renting our house out, they've given us exceptional service and advice. They are all incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We've had a number of fantastic tenancies through them, and recently made the decision to sell. Patrick has been brilliant throughout the whole process, from the beginning right through to the completion.
