This Lettings agents seems uninterested in your happiness as a customer. they treat you a statistic, closing out maintenance tickets long before anything gets done. as a result, nothing does get done. we waiting on a new doorbell for 2 months (i moved out afterwards). i would seriously consider using a different place. they just want your business not a customer.

Very happy with chelton brown daventry especially Edward , we wanted to rent a property in Woodford but thought it’d be very hard during lockdown. we also weren’t sure if it would be possible as we’ve always privately rented. Edward was so helpful in explaining everything step by step. He was very quick to email back with a response to any questions and was just all round super helpful. We gave the date we wanted to move in and everything was done quickly and very professionally. I highly recommend this company.
I called on a Thursday to request to view a property on Saturday. The agent insisted that I view the property on Friday and refused to book the Saturday viewing purely on the assumption that the property would be snapped up on Friday. Her argument fell apart completely when she said ‘why don’t you call back on Monday and see if it’s still available?’
So annoying, can’t you just book then let me know if it gets snapped up? That’s what Estate Agents normally do. Lazy.
I would recommend Chelton Brown,very professional and helpful staff.Same goes with their attitude towards a customer,also they have very effective and simple ''report issue''system,which I personally like .
