Cannot trust a word these agents say.
Accept your offer to then be told Vendor has accepted another offer. Lies and deceit. Stay well away.

Drove 3 hours each way to view a property and didn't bother to get my offer before accepting another one. I know they are desperate to sell the property but they should have informed me that this could be the case before traveling down from London. This is the sort of people that give estate agents bad name.

Very bad experience with this agency, not the professional outfit you would expect. Data protection was an issue, which led to emails being sent and seen between us and the buyer, breakdown in communication led to us having to withdraw from the sale costing us our sale and purchase. Felt the agent was acting more on behalf of the purchaser rather than us, their customer. Very stressful situation, thankfully we went with a more experienced agent and had a completely different experience.
