They were quick to value and list the property and throughly professional throughout. The listing went out on a Thursday, over sixteen viewings on Saturday and three offers on Monday, one of which was accepted at above the asking price. What else can you ask for ?

My experience with Christopher Stokes has been really good. From beginning to end, they were very communicative, pleasant, friendly and patient. I truly want to thank Mario, Daniel and Polly for their assistance. Compared to some other agents we dealt with that seemed to care only about the seller and not the buyer. They showed us that we were as important as their client, the seller.
