Poor service on our move from Walthamstow to Essex, mis information to buyers almost lost buyer so had to liaise direct to resolve various issues. £4.5k fee when most of the viewing done buy us with minimal contact. Couldn’t even be bothered to contact us on completion day just grab the fee and move on. If you decide to rent with this lot be prepared to do everything yourself. unprofessional and unreliable to the extreme.... I can agree, this agent commissions works to be carried out on your property without notifying the landlord then boldly lie saying it wasnt them. they fail to return calls, in fact, the manager Andrew would rather sit at the back of the office and ... Rented through Churchills for six years in three different flats and have always found them great, my last landlord though was an ass and would never let Churchills spend a penny on anything other than the absolute essentials, i did get very fed up and ... As estate agents go, they are one of the better ones I’ve used. A little slack with attention to detail (kept getting the wrong asking price in documents and forgot a couple of agreed dates), but aside from that they were super quick in arranging photos, EPC and viewings.
