Market conditions meant little or no response to property but the agent was not proactive after the first month. Offered no updates and failed to show any interaction.

Really friendly staff. Very quick a coming out to view the property for valuation and photos and only took a couple of days to get the listing online and start booking in viewings. House sold with two offers in under 3 weeks.

Overall the team at City and County worked hard to get our property viewed and sold. We do feel that our property was slightly overvalued and that we needed better advice on what to do to get the property in a more attractive state.

Stay well clear...... did not put offers over to us in writing communication was ridiculous there moto us they take the stress out of buying and selling has been the complete opposite........ rushed to make decisions so they get you locked in seemed like they only cared about the money. Do not rely on them to disclose all to you even though they are working for you to sell or buy seems that the only interest is money. Family run agents apparently and clients will be treat like family (there words) well certainly didn't happen with us they seem to struggle with the basics of following estate agency laws and codes if practices set upon them.

Our experience with City & County was not good - we had no viewings for the first month despite going with their recommenced valuation - we then dropped our price, got just two viewings which we conducted ourselves - after that nothing. Not once did they contact us, every communication was initiated by us. Would not recommend
