Unprofessional. Cobb Amos were commissioned to assess and value our property. 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, we had a message that they had cancelled, due to sickness. A second appointment was also missed. We later learned that they had done the valuation in their own office and told the company who commissioned them that they would visit the property to confirm their assessment. No way.

Listed March and sold in august 2023 despite a tricky market place. Elliott was amazing, very professional, always kept us informed and calmed us when there were any issues. Definitely recommend their service.

Cobb Amos Knighton was selling the property that I wanted to buy. I viewed 3 times before making an offer! Every time they were patient and answered all questions. I dealt mostly with Elliot who I found to be most helpful, courteous and very patient! I also spoke to Emma on several occasions and also found her very helpful and patient. All the way through the process - which sometimes seemed like it would never end! I didn’t have any issues that Elliot or Emma couldn’t sort out or solve for me. Day of completion finally came and due to a mix up on my side of the transaction things got held up regarding release of the keys. Elliot was great - getting things sorted and I got the keys an hour later! Would highly recommend Cobb Amos in Knighton - and Elliot!
