Every time our viewing rate dropped they asked us to drop the price. We'd already dropped it twice and they were asking us to drop it again.
They completely missed parts of the property off the advert and weren't willing to update the advert or update the photos in spring when the garden looked much better

I use to deal with different agencies because been looking for long time to find right property.
I don’t want to speak for Connells like agency but I am amazed with service from KATIE.
She is very friendly and make all proces easy for us. She is very lovely and friendly even all time smiling and helpful. So this 5 stars rate is for Katie not connells

Kaya was extremely helpful with our house sale. Viewings were organised efficiently and although there were a few delays around completing the sale, Kaya responded promptly and efficiently to emails and phone calls, ensuring that issues were solved.

I can’t say anything more than terrible. I’ve had no viewings in 15 weeks, no communication from Connells except when I emailed or phoned them first.
I don’t think they had any strategy for selling my property but I wouldn’t know because they didn’t communicate.
The photos and advertising online were alright but that’s about it.
I’m now in the process of changing estate agents to one recommended by a friend and they already seem to know more.

My partner and I are both first time buyers and are completing today! We walked into Connells and met Jack Ballard near the start of our journey to getting a house. He has been amazing from start to finish, explaining everything to us in an easy to understand and concise manner. Jack has gone above and beyond helping us with our mortgage and insurance. He has regularly checked in with us making sure we are up to date, don’t feel forgotten about and has helped us with chasing the other estate agents and solicitors to make sure we reached our deadline. We couldn’t have done it without him and couldn’t recommend him more! Our experience has been fantastic. Thank you Jack!

Just had my late fathers property appraised. Humeirah thoroughly explained the various options to market the house; we've decided try the modern auction method. Pleased to see that, in just a few days, we have several viewings booked for the open house. Would highly recommend.

Do not rent house on Lavenham Close in Nuneaton, landlord lives opposite and you wouldn't want to live across the street from that person. When we rented the house we didn't know that the landlord lived opposite and no one told us about it. Landlord will enter your home without your knowledge or consent. Besides, if something breaks, and it definitely will because the house is very old, nothing will be repaired, we lived in a house with a broken toilet for over 6 weeks and the landlord did nothing about it, we had to move out. Connells doesn't help with anything, they lie and cheat all the time. Avoid Connells.
